Terms of service

These Terms set out the rules for providing services by electronic means on www.amer-work.com, in line with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

1. Service provider

Amer International Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 2, 40-082 Katowice, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000631274 (Sąd Rejonowy Katowice-Wschód w Katowicach, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy), NIP 9542767843, share capital PLN 5,000. Employment agency entered in the Krajowy Rejestr Agencji Zatrudnienia (National Register of Employment Agencies) under number 14592. Contact: office@amer-work.com, +48 789 489 273.

2. Services

The website provides free of charge: content and job offers, an application form with the option to attach a CV, and a contact form for employers. Job advertisements are an invitation to submit applications (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code), not an offer.

3. Technical requirements and risks

You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled, and a working e-mail address. A CV can be attached in PDF, DOC or DOCX format, up to 10 MB. Using the internet involves the usual risks: malicious software, interception of data on open networks, and phishing - including fake job advertisements impersonating employment agencies. We write only from the amer-work.com domain and never ask for payments, passwords or card details.

4. Conclusion and termination of the contract

The contract for using the website is concluded when you open a page and terminated when you leave it; in the case of a form, when you send it and once your application has been handled. You may stop using the services at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost - close the page or write to office@amer-work.com.

5. User obligations

Supplying unlawful content and disrupting the website are prohibited. Data entered in the forms must be true. Please do not send special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR), the PESEL number or identity document numbers - they are not needed at the application stage. In the event of a breach of these Terms we may stop providing the services.

6. Employment agency services

Services provided to jobseekers are free of charge - we charge candidates nothing for job placement, registering an application or referral to an employer. Sending an application does not guarantee employment. The terms of employment are set out in a separate written contract concluded before work begins.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to office@amer-work.com or in writing to our registered office; we handle them within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution and the free help of a consumer ombudsman - see uokik.gov.pl.

8. Final provisions

Website content is protected by copyright. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and information stored on your device in the Cookie policy. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law; this choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Amendments are published 14 days in advance. These Terms apply from 20 August 2026.
